ORDERS/SHIPPING

When should I expect my order?

In-stock orders placed Monday-Friday by 2PM EST will be shipped the same day. If you wish to expedite an order, please fill in "Supplies Needed Date" and provide additional notes on the bottom of the form if necessary.

We do not ship orders on Holidays or weekends. In-stock orders received during the Holidays or weekends will be shipped the following business weekday.

Can I pick up my order?

If you wish to pick up your order, you certainly can. Orders are to be picked up at our Springfield VA office between the times of 830AM - 430PM. Please complete the order form online and replace your street address with: "Will be picked up by (Your Name)." Once your order is ready, we will notify you via email.

I have a different billing address, where should I put the information?

If you have a separate bill to address, please provide the information in "Additional Notes" on the form. If you have further information/instructions regarding to the order, please proceed to complete the form and email us to support@callmms.com with your order form attached.

Can I change my order once it's placed?

Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order. If your order is not yet shipped out, contact us (703-451-4103) and we will cancel your previous order, so that you can reorder the correct item.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

I received a defective product.

If you believe you received a product that is defective, we would like to apologize. Please email us at support@callmms.com titling the subject as "RMA Request- Defective" and attach a photo of the defective product. Once your RMA Request is approved, we will send you the product you originally ordered and you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email so you can return the product you received. 

I was shipped the wrong product.

In the rare case that you receive a product that differs from what you ordered, we do apologize. Please email us at support@callmms.com titling the subject as "RMA Request- Wrong Product" and specify the original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the item number and quantity. Once your RMA Request is approved, we will send you the product you originally ordered and you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email so you can return the product you received. 

I ordered the wrong product.

If you mistakenly ordered the wrong product and wish to return/exchange your order, orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please email us at support@callmms.com titling the subject as "RMA Request- Return/Exchange" and specify the exchange of products including item number and quantity. Once your RMA Request is approved, we will send you the new order and you will receive a shipping label via email so you can return the product you received. 

How would I return my product(s)?

To return your product(s), you should mail your product to: 7942 Cluny Court Suite P Springfield Virginia 22153

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
