Our company was looking at upgrading our mailing system from an older postage machine we have from another company. I had spoken to our current vendor about upgrading, and thought I had all of the information I needed, but Bryce and his team helped me see there were a lot of “gaps” of missing information. When I went to visit their office to see their various mail solutions, they brainstormed with me and talked me through various options - even knowing it might be possible that MMS might not be the most practical solution for our company. At the end of the day, based on our lease at our location, we decided it was best not to upgrade our mail system at all (with MMS OR our other vendor), but I would absolutely recommend Metro Mail Services to any- and everyone looking for a new mailing system.
