MailOne 2.0 Support
How To Update
1. Disconnect the USB cable that connects PC to postage meter.
2. Update MailOne 2.0 rates by updating the software to the latest version:
Shut down the MailOne 2.0 software program on your PC. Then restart the MailOne 2.0.
Accept the prompt asking to update.
Allow the update to load.
3. Verify that MailOne 2.0 is updated to the latest version:
Select the Settings menu inside MailOne 2.0.
Click “Check for New Version” button.
If successfully updated, the message will say that you have the latest version.
4. Reconnect the USB cable that connects PC to postage meter.
To fully install MailOne for PostBase on your computer, download and install each of the files below one-at-a-time in the order presented.
STEP 1: Microsoft .NET 4.0 Download (required to run MailOne software)
STEP 2: Download MailOne Software Package 1
Click the driver that matches your Windows operating system (Determine your Windows Bit Rate): 32-bit or 64-bit
(On XP, if Windows warns that the driver did not pass the XP Logo Test, just accept the installation and continue.)
STEP 3: Download MailOne Software Package 2: MailOne for PostBase Software Installation
Rate Change
MailOne will automatically update to the new rates on January 21, 2018, as long as you are connected to the internet and the rates have been updated on your PostBase.
