If your scale is displaying a weight when nothing is on the scale you will need to zero the scale. Watch video or follow the instructions below to learn how to zero the scale.

To zero out the scale:

1. Remove any items that are on the scale.
2. Press the Weigh/Rate button.
3. Select Zero the Scale.
4. The scale weight will return zero and the system will return to the Home screen.
